Not much as far as I know, that's the problem. Recently I discovered [super-productivity](https://github.com/johannesjo/super-productivity), but I haven't tested it yet and I think it syncs via webdav instead of caldav....

By the way, there is also [Zanshin](https://apps.kde.org/en/zanshin), which was one of the better applications I tried.
