Upon opening ffxiv penumbra gave me this:  Checking logs showed the following:  replacing the image with one from %AppData%\Roaming\XIVLauncher\dalamudAssets\dev\UIRes\tsmLogo.png let it load normally. Maybe i have hdd issues...
