Penumbra crashes from corrupted tsmLogo.png

Upon opening ffxiv penumbra gave me this: ffxiv_dx11_4cTCwOueid Checking logs showed the following:
ffxiv_dx11_JapJ4WZ2Js replacing the image with one from %AppData%\Roaming\XIVLauncher\dalamudAssets\dev\UIRes\tsmLogo.png let it load normally. Maybe i have hdd issues Easy fix but still, shouldnt crash the plugin should it?
