Bump Chai-Http version to get package updates

Is the release process still broken? There haven't been any releases since 4 years ago.

Nested Items are broken after 5.x.x

Seems to be present in version `6.4` as well.

gns3fy does not appear to be compatible with pydantic 1.10.0
