It's using the color for Borders. The same is true for Tropical. It is also barely visible for Ice, and slightly more visible for Goldfish.
I tweaked the Borders color for those four schemes, so that both the menu item and the borders (seen under Drop) are (more) visible.
That is being color blended. That area on Goldfish is slightly off, too. We would need to add another color option to the scheme, so that it could be set.
@herbdool I'll try to take a look at it this evening. It should be more successful than the last two evenings.

FYI, many Drush commands are not supported by the Backdrop Drush Extension, so you might find you have to do some "porting" in the Backdrop Drush Extension, as well.
