That's really weird. Are you sure you use correct URI in both cases?

Maybe you destroy it somewhere?

How can we define that some URLs reference the same image? Can we define it by URL before HTTP request?

It seems some problem with scale calculations in `BaseImageDecoder` (line 188-191). But it's hard to say how to fix it.

Did you have logging enabled? Can you show log like `Scale subsampled image (...) to ... (scale = ...) [...]` about this image?

Can you provide image URL which is displayed wrong?

@ihenk I tested your link and realized this weird behavior. It seems this image is rotated during decoding into Bitmap. I'll investigate this case.

You should NOT wrap "content://..." URIs with FILE prefix.

I have no problem on 4.0 and 4.1.
