This could be a particular shell/terminal problem not being able to detect characters used by other terminals to color the output
closing this PR, as we currently plan to add more package manager support to CLI, so will tackle this problem once that is done

Do we have docker running in the machine and accessible because, during `astro login` to Astronomer Software, it also login to the registry hosted by the platform? I have tried...
