Unusual Characters When Running the Astro CLI in Windows

When running the Astro CLI in a Windows command prompt, this is the confirmation text that appears:

The numerals and letters should not be included in the confirmation message.

I mean latest windows OS. Last I saw this was a problem on Windows 10 but not Windows 11

This could be a particular shell/terminal problem not being able to detect characters used by other terminals to color the output
