Clustering by column should work when providing an index.

Give the user options to set the the clustering algorithm

This error: Clustering the matrix ERROR, UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION The number of observations cannot be determined on an empty distance matrix.

Add uniqueness to all output (nice names) so don't get overwritten!
