I would like to give a small update on the case, I noticed that if I take away all the files but the .sf files I can open my case...

On Ubuntu I'm using FDS6.7.3-0-g9a07c36-release SMV6.7.10-0-g8f828eb On Windows I still have to update the program so I'm using: FDS6.7.1-0-g14cc738 SMV6.7.5-0-g92555b8

I udpated FDS and smokeview on the Windows computer and this is the results:  The isosurface doesn't show the holes as the one produced in Ubuntu.
