What version of FF? I think the extensions site broke old versions of FF in general, not just Waterfox.
Did you try deleting and re-adding the Bing search add-on? Are you logged into a Microsoft account? I can't seem to replicate this on a Mac. I do nothing special...
It works for me, with Waterfox 2022.02. I selected a file, checked against many scanners, seems fine. You tried in Safe Mode?
Saw the same behavior. When I log in by token, instead of email/password, I don't get the captcha loop.
FWIW -- I recently introduced a colleague to Keybase, and this turns out to be their #1 annoyance.
