Windows Desktop - chat scroll bar not useable unless window is maximized

Any solutions/suggestions for this yet?

Very frustrating to use the scroll bar, only a few pixels wide where the scroll bar can be 'grabbed'...
I never thought of maximizing it though.

FWIW -- I recently introduced a colleague to Keybase, and this turns out to be their #1 annoyance.
