@zmahoor @wowkin2 You need to generate a separate OAuth token specifically for accessing chats, as outlined in [this](https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408828740762-Chat-API-tutorial-Generating-an-OAuth-token-integrated-Chat-accounts) article. The regular Zendesk token won't suffice for this purpose.
