IMO this is intended behavior and it is a privacy feature.

OK. I just thought this would be a privacy feature, so after leaving the browser for some reason, no one else would be able to see your typed search.

I added direct dependencies to androidX fragment, saved state and lifecycle viewmodel (last 2 in order to avoid duplicate class).
@jonalmeida @Amejia481 I can reproduce the crash also on `main`, you just have to use a device with at least Android 12. Reproduced on a Pixel 4 with Android 13....
Note that 1.9.0 is the latest version of core, but it needs compile version to be at least 33.
As @lobontiumira confirmed this also happens for Fenix, I've opened a [bug](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1770940) for tracking the issue in Bugzilla.
Ktlint has been updated. Detekt remains.
Not sure we have localized versions of those pages. We should check before adding language tag for those links.
