Hi @Prince-ES Thanks for offering to help! I'm currently working on this as the Spanish i18n steward, so I've got it covered. Should be ready during the week!

Spanish “Steward Guidelines” page is outdated missing key sections (Stewardship, Community Care, Areas, etc.)

I can translate these missing sections following the same educational approach used in the #8228 PR. Ready to work on this translation and can submit a PR once this issue...
