Steps to reproduce this

The Spanish version of the Steward Guidelines (contributor_docs/es/steward_guidelines.md) is missing several important introductory sections that exist in the English version (contributor_docs/en/steward_guidelines.md).

Missing sections

The following sections are not present in the Spanish version:

• Stewardship (main section)
  • Community Care
  • Areas
  • Becoming a Steward
  • Getting Started with Stewardship

The Spanish file jumps directly to the "Issues" section without including content about:

• What stewardship means in the community
• The community care practices that define stewardship
• The different areas stewards can be responsible for
• How to become a steward (nomination vs application process)
• How to get started as a new steward

This makes it difficult for Spanish-speaking contributors to understand the complete stewardship process and how to participate.

I can translate these missing sections following the same educational approach used in the #8228 PR.
