Transliteration and reverse transliteration yield different output

On transliterating `varnamproject` , `വർണംപ്രൊജെക്റ്റ്` is obtained. But on reverse transliterating `വർണംപ്രൊജെക്റ്റ്`, the output seen is `varnamprojekt`. Have tested with other common words(which yield the correct results). Not sure if...

Like in the examples given below, `varnamc -s ml -t kerala malayalam` `varnamc -s ml -r കേരളാ മലയാളം`

@navaneeth I have still some trouble trying to find out how `varnamc -s ml -t malayalam malayalam` would work. This PR has everything else apart from that.
