File can't be saved sometimes

When I mounted ext4 disk on windows 10 and used vscode make new files, some of the files went lost after I rebooted while some still remained.

Every time I enter a command, there is a window telling me "Fail to open directory: file: /ip/pwd". I have no idea what happened.
