The French version is alreayd using the right wording.

Bump bosh CLI to 3.0.1

I've updated the Docker Images where BOSH is used in July to a version using this [Dockerfile](https://github.com/alphagov/paas-docker-cloudfoundry-tools/blob/8a84713a16541ac67362b92a50b223066c05b6df/bosh-cli-v2/Dockerfile.), which uses the BOSH CLI 3.0.1, so I think this is solved.
