Hello. I recently updated from 1.33.1 to 1.35.1, and somewhere in between seems to have changed from `powershell` to `power-shell`. I'm not sure if it was an intended change but...

Detects if it is windows based on [package.config](https://www.lua.org/manual/5.3/manual.html#pdf-package.config) and run powershell's `Set-Clipboard` command, to save to clipboard, if so. For windows, `clipboard_command` option would be completely ignored.
