Hi! Trying to follow the Muon tutorial, I get stuck on: pt.pp.dsb(mdata, raw=mdata_raw, empty_droplets=droplets) NameError: name 'droplets' is not defined Can anyone help?
Has anyone found a solution to this? I am still running into this bug trying to install velocyto
