Add "getNumberOfChanges" method to internal types

This project seems to be stale for a while now, but if you ever merge this, you could also add `getCurrentPageInfo` which is documented in [#3574](https://github.com/parallax/jsPDF/issues/3574) or [#109](https://github.com/parallax/jsPDF/issues/109)
