It seems to me this is not specific to SVE, more features may be affected. We should be checking >= rather than equality.
All the suggested changes LGTM. Another feature in question that I believe falls in the second category is "ssbs" (included within +ssbs2) and one that falls in the forth category...

I have created https://github.com/ARM-software/acle/pull/310 for this.
The patch [#88965](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/88965) broke the build and was reverted with [#89184](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/89184), hence I am removing these tests to reland the former.
Putting on hold for the same reasons explained here https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/89232#issuecomment-2064303120
