Actions not working with WinAppDriver

@mykola-mokhnach can you please share an example of how to use [windows:click](https://github.com/appium/appium-windows-driver#windows-click) using Java. Is it some thing like driver.execteCommand("windows:click", Map)

WAD errored during the /status command

So with this issue, is it safe to say that we can not use Appium with latest WinAppDriver ( 1.2.99 RC ) ?

Field not found on .Flush in NUnit Console

@anshooarora can you please prioritize this issue. we cant update to nunit 4 \ .net8.0 because of this.
