我这边偶尔可以快捷登陆，但是大部分时候不行。而且确认是规则导致的
我也是这个情况，之前挂每日任务的脚本好像存在数分钟疯狂失败重试的情况（保存的COOKIE好像过期了），所以不确定是不是这个导致了触发风控还是这个接口就这样，总之现在就是没法登录。他给的那个连接我手动复制到浏览器、接收验证码、登录成功，但是用toolkit还是无限提示这个错误，另外这个情况已经半个多月以上了，应该不会自动好了……

I got excatly same problem. Fortunately, I have a ipad with old version steamguard. With that backup I got what I want...
same problem here, can't "login again" for old account, but I could add new authenticator yesterday.
