Web page is scrollable on mobile when dragging from html5 video element. Browser: Chrome, Firefox and others OS: Android

Pressing floating quick reply button doesn't update quick reply form contents

If you've enabled floating quick reply button and press it, quick reply form becomes empty. It should work same way as pressing citation number and show what's in post form...
