Pressing floating quick reply button doesn't update quick reply form contents

If you've enabled floating quick reply button and press it, quick reply form becomes empty.

It should work same way as pressing citation number and show what's in post form (except adding citation).

What do you mean by floating qr button? How do you enable it?
