Currently, it is just simple offset from origin whether duck or not duck. There are some fancy offset calculation needed to smoothly go from duck to unduck.

Sounds emitted from other entities won't be heard if player is outside the coordinate. Temp entities become super buggy. They should be decoded accordingly to delta description.
