@Thomas101, i think any chat type app would be awesome. We use G Suite for work (which is why I have wavebox) so G Chat would be the top one...

@Thomas101 I have conversation turned off. It's not practical IMO for business use. People will reply to a thread and then reply to another. The "conversation" gets hard to follow...
