@quiary Ok get it, my tweak was about reindex Win Search Desktop service index. You request about reindex for wox/everything cache.

It seems that this functionality should be provided by external program. After Wox will watch In its [external program] storage.

Quick solution for you will be similar to Default apps (in any OS), like this:  But, instead default apps **create folder in home directory and place in it shorcuts**...
