register.cmd did not work while PBOmanager 1.4 was installed

You don't have to uninstall PBOManager. Open regedit and navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\" then find .pbo and delete the UserChoice folder.
