register.cmd did not work while PBOmanager 1.4 was installed

i downloaded the aio and ran register.cmd as admin with no immediate effects. after rebooting i got your welcome screen but clicking on PBOs still opened them with PPBOmanager. uninstalling PBOmanager and running register.cmd again fixed it.

You don't have to uninstall PBOManager. Open regedit and navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts" then find .pbo and delete the UserChoice folder.
