This works on AMD Radeon up to 22.11.1, when the AMD Adrenalin driver + Parsec no longer play nicely together. Use Adrenalin 22.5.1 in the interim.
Happening to me too. Reference AMD RX 6900 XT, Win11 22H2, Drivers 22.11.1 Sunshine still works, just not parsec. Drivers 22.5.1 work just fine with Parsec.

Advice from AMD support in my support ticket (no. 8201245990) is to continue to run 22.5.1 . Sunshine works on 22.11.2, so I'm just updating James' script to implement that.
@tibert01 Win11 22H2 . I wanted nested virtualization and that wasn't available in 10.

I got it working by copying that whole /usr/lib/wsl folder over.  It does seem to crash gnome though...
