Revise code for AMD... is it needed?
thanks for this great method. I did not see the code address if using AMD Ryzen instead of nvidia. Not sure if this code will work the same with Ryzen as LTT did not exactly talk about it recently. I did try but I do not think utilization is matching up between my one host and one vm. Thx
This works on AMD Radeon up to 22.11.1, when the AMD Adrenalin driver + Parsec no longer play nicely together.
Use Adrenalin 22.5.1 in the interim.
Running LTSC here with the latest drivers, and I get amf encoder not found on my vm when using sunshine. I guess that sunshine + latest drivers method works only on win 11?
Tried using this script, or even manually creating, partitionning and copying the driver, 22.11.1 did not work even with sunshine. I'm on Win 10. On another thread the driver seemed to work for someone using sunshine. I guess it was win11 ? Maybe an update to win 11 is mandatory.

Well I tried upgrading, reinstalling, creating a new vm, nothing worked for driver 22.11.1 and 22.11.2. Not sure what @jodiecunningham did to make it work. I alway get an error for amdvce on sunshine.
Would it be something to do with the sunshine config which has to be special ?
I think they're saying that it does not work on 22.11.2. The latest drivers I've tried that work are 22.5.1 (tested on Windows 11 with Parsec)
Definitely need to roll back to 22.5.1. It looks like the driver is having some issues.
#225 works with sunshine (parsec buged) driver 23.2.2, win11 rx 6950 xt. Also this thread should be closed. Because duplicate for a long time.
A year later, it works fine on 23.11.1 with no changes to the scripts.
I haven't tried 24.2.1 yet only because 23.12.1 and later caused some problems on the host computer (in Microsoft Word, of all things...), but that has nothing to do with easy-gpu-pv.
