On start Delphi IDE, CnPack shortcuts doesn't work

Hi guys, on start the IDE Delphi 10.4.1, the shortcuts of cnpack doesn't work, we need to open cnpack options and just click "OK" and it back to work again....

Bug at version 1.5.0.1209 (2024/09/17)

Im using Delphi 10.4.1 IDE CTRL + DOWN/UP does not move the selected component on a form.
