Im using Delphi 10.4.1 IDE

CTRL + DOWN/UP does not move the selected component on a form.

Does it still happen if you run "Disable CnWizards" in Start Menu and Run Delphi again?

I just removed this version and installed the later before, and it is working again.

I didint this test.
