Same here, tried with .Net Core 2.2 and 3.0 and can't get it to work, which is a big bummer...
Make sure you have a reference to or have installed the Nuget package for System.Drawing.Common.
I can confirm I had the same crashing issue with the Razer Mouse driver/software installed. When I uninstalled and rebooted, the crashing stopped.
