**Edit:** Just tried to start up SteamVR again and even without Revive the icon disappeared again when trying to click on one of the sub menus :( New log with...
It works now! Tried two separate sessions and now crash to be seen. Seems to be fixed with 2.4.1. Thanks for the quick bug fix!
