无论修改什么设置都提示 “无法保存程序首选项，qBittorrent 可能无法访问。”

什么种子、磁链都下载不了，已经试过好几个qb了，transmission也试过，都一样。webui无法修改、无法下载。 机子用的是buyvm家的拉斯维加斯机房。aria2就没有这种问题，想问问大佬，怎么解决
