无法注册任何应用

任何应用都无法注册，/data/data/com.xiaomi.xmsf/shared_prefs/push_message_ids.xml内容空白。 MiPush未在后台，但早已加入自启及白名单（墓碑/黑域）

/data/data/com.xiaomi.xmsf/shared_prefs/push_message_ids.xml文件是手动创建的，权限已更改，文件内容一直空白 - 卸载重装过 MiPush 与 MiPushFramework，且均为最新版/内测版
