This is currently worked around by #180. The downside to this is that if there are any major changes between versions that break things, the user will need to --reset...
I've generated some override configs using @Lazorne 's suggestions, they were created on a Windows machine but should be based on default RetroArch configuration otherwise. [SwanStation.zip](https://github.com/XargonWan/RetroDECK/files/9550886/SwanStation.zip)
This should no longer be an issue as configs are not force-overwritten on update anymore.
