Add inadyn as third DNS Client option

My thinking was that an additional option might make the switch to ddclient more palatable (also it was fun to explore the OPNsense UI).

pip install fhirclient does not include latest (4.0.0) version

Is this still dead? It would be handy to not have to re-implement an existing library.

My understanding is that these changes mirror an implementation in the next major release of Pi-Hole (but that could be a misunderstanding).
