Accessibility Issue: prop "AccessibilityType" does not work correctly for Popover / Tooltip

We are facing the same issue with the tooltip. Since element.cloneElement is used we can't override this as well.

Tooltip: does not work when child element is in disabled state

@chasestarr can we use pointer events here? If there aren't any issues, we will raise MR to fix this. Thanks

Weird behavior while resizing when one of the panes is an iframe
