simplify for gseaResult objects

currently, `simplify()` is not realized for gseaResult objects (after `gseGO()`). Is there are good theoretical reason not to allow simplification of this result? Else I would love to see it...

Why is the code indentation like it is? Is an automatic indenting editor used? Just question.

I saw in the code that the function `check_usr_pass()` is never used in widgets.py and duplicates `check_current_passwd()`. So you could delete it.
