This is still an issue. Also, when uploading the private key via the web interface the error "This key is not a private key." appears.

Because Cloud Code is available for Windows/Linux/Mac OS users, before the Cloud Code team is able to release any blueprints/kpt features, kpt will need to be supported on windows.
