Update Readme to add missing syntax highlighting

I noticed the code block in the `Simple` example didn't have syntax highlighting, so I made a small MR. Sorry if this was an intentional choice.

I'm happy to work on this, but I'm curious to know what should be used for purely functional languages? They are obviously going to differ from the python3 API so...

Maybe I'll wait until someone makes a Haskell starter kit :). I'll mess around with some options in the mean time.

Has this repository been abandoned?
