Menu issues when creating a new page

http://prntscr.com/99v1mw 1. +/- buttons don't work in the menu tree. 2. Newly created page needs to be styled differently than the others.

A message needs to be shown when a template cannot be deleted

If a template is used by other templates, we disable inputs when trying to delete it, but no message is shown, so it's unclear why we can't delete it.
