Menu issues when creating a new page

  1. +/- buttons don't work in the menu tree.
  2. Newly created page needs to be styled differently than the others.

After styling inactive nodes, the expand/collapse button is partially transparent. http://prntscr.com/9chiw7 @paulgabronis could you fix it?
