[BUG] ”热词“无法正常获取到歌词

这个应该给热词提issue，看了下热词里面和yesplaymusic相关的代码就是从客户端开放的本地端口里拿歌曲信息和播放进度，这个逻辑应该是没什么问题，问题可能出在热词根据歌曲信息搜索歌词的步骤上，但是这个问题也不好解决，最好的方案就是各大播放器都能开放一个当前正在播放歌词的接口，但是目前哪一家都没做
