Add non-JS frameworks?

I'm not sure if this project is meant to include non-JS frameworks as well. I believe it could be valuable, since many of the underlying concepts aren't limited to the web or JavaScript ecosystem.

For example, Leptos is a popular Rust web framework that might be worth including, especially for developers coming from the JS ecosystem who want to explore a new language.

Here's a non-exhaustive list of non-JS frameworks that could potentially be added (and maybe turned into sub-issues):

Aha it's quite interesting! I'm not a maintainer, but based on the richness frameworks which the website already have, it's not a big deal to add more 😂.
